Reporting Violations
To report a rule violation:
- Open a ModMail ticket — DM the @ModMail bot with details of the incident
- Provide evidence — Include screenshots, message links, or any relevant context
- Be respectful — Keep your report factual and avoid emotional language
All reports are treated confidentially. You will never be penalized for making a good-faith report.
Handling Reports
Moderators should:
- Review the evidence — Carefully examine the provided information
- Consult the rules — Ensure the reported behavior clearly violates our rules
- Take action — Issue warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans as appropriate
- Document actions — Keep records of all moderation actions for future reference
Appeals Process
Users may appeal moderation actions by:
- Opening a ModMail ticket — Explain why they believe the action was unjust
- Providing context — Include any relevant information or evidence
- Waiting for review — The moderation team will review the appeal and respond accordingly
We strive to be fair and transparent in all moderation decisions. If you feel you've been treated unfairly, we encourage you to appeal.
